1. Program

Ritual Wax (operated by Ritual Wax, 5100 S. Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL 33405) runs a recurring marketing text message program for people who opt in. Messages include special offers, promotions and discounts, new services, seasonal specials and studio news.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by ticking the optional, unchecked SMS box when you join our VIP list at ritualwax.com/sms, book at ritualwax.com/book or create an account at ritualwax.com/register, or by texting START to our number. Texts are optional and consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies (typically up to 4 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

4. Opting out

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll receive one final confirmation. Reply START to subscribe again. You can also turn texts off in your account.

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major US carriers; availability may vary.
