Where are you located?
We are inside Oasis Salon & Spa at 5100 S. Dixie Hwy, West Palm Beach, FL. Please text (561) 618-8133 when you arrive — we keep the door locked.
Does waxing the face hurt?
A quick sting that fades in seconds. We use low-temperature hard wax on delicate areas — it grips the hair, not the skin — so most clients find it far gentler than they expect.
How long should my hair be before waxing?
About ¼ inch (the size of a grain of rice) — usually 2–4 weeks of growth.
Can I wax if I use retinol or acne medication?
Stop topical retinoids and exfoliating acids 5 days before. If you take oral isotretinoin (Accutane) or used it in the last 6 months, we can’t wax.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service.
