Policies & Procedures
Please read before booking
- Text me when you arrive. We keep the door locked, so please text (561) 618-8133 when you arrive and I’ll come open the door for you.
- Intimate services. Please be freshly showered if coming in for a service on any intimate area. I understand timing can be difficult — if you’re unable to shower, I have obstetrical antiseptic towelettes available to freshen up before your Brazilian wax. This is a NO JUDGEMENT ZONE.
- Cancellations. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to do so is considered a no-show and will result in a fee equal to 50% of the services that would have been completed.
- Grace period. There is a 10-minute grace period — anything after that will be considered a no-show.
- No refunds. No refunds under any circumstance. I am only one person running a small business; my time is valuable and the card on file ensures my time is not wasted.
- Referral required. For clients with a penis, a reference from an already existing client is ABSOLUTELY required when getting a service on any intimate area.

Your privacy
We collect only what we need to run your appointments: your name, email, phone number, booking history and any notes you share with us. We use it to confirm and remind you of appointments, keep track of packages and memberships and — if you allow it — send occasional studio news. We never sell your data.
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; they never touch our website. You can unsubscribe from news emails at any time (every email has a link, or change it in your details). To have your account deleted, contact us.
Text messages (SMS)
If you opt in to our marketing texts, we use your mobile number only to send them: special offers, promotions, new services and studio news. Texts are optional and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Full details: SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
